• Braised salmon slice auberge de l’îles
• Salad with seafood and braised fish, served with balsamic dressing

Choose from 3 main courses:

• Roast sirloin of veal with sauce forestiere
• Baked poulardebryst stuffed with oyster mushrooms served with mild mustard cream sauce
• Roast beef fillet with ceps and shallots served with bordelaisesauce

Choose from 3 desserts:

• Homemade ice cream cake with meringue with fruit coulis
• Creme brulee with fresh fruit and sorbet
• Blackcurrant poached pear with vanilla cream and fresh fruit
